A verified account, no card, no expiry date. Address validation, geocoding and reverse geocoding each get their own daily allowance that resets at 00:00 UTC and recurs for as long as the account is open.
- 3,000 requests per UTC day — one shared allowance covering address validation, geocoding, reverse geocoding and address autocomplete. Typing in an autocomplete box is free: only the address you pick counts as a request.
- United Kingdom lookups are not part of the 3,000/day allowances. UK (Royal Mail PAF) lookups are capped separately at 40 per UTC day, because Royal Mail licenses PAF data per click. UK usage neither draws from nor extends the 3,000/day product allowances.
- Allowances reset daily at 00:00 UTC and recur — nothing to top up, nothing expires.

United Kingdom — Royal Mail PAF
UK addresses run against the official Royal Mail PAF — licensed per-transaction, separate from the monthly plans above. Pay once for a credit pack, use within 12 months.
Royal Mail PAF licence prices rise on 1 October 2026. Royal Mail is increasing the per-transaction PAF licence fee we pay from £1.82 to £1.94 — an uplift of 6.6% (source: Royal Mail PAF Licence Price Changes 2026). We will adjust our UK prices accordingly from that date, and will tell existing customers before anything changes. Credits already bought stay valid at the price you paid, for the full 12 months.

Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Every plan is billed month-to-month — cancel anytime, with no annual contract, no multi-year lock-in, and no cancellation fee. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing month.
Can I store the results permanently?
Yes — for use within your own organisation and products. You may store, cache, and reuse validated addresses and geocoordinates received through the API indefinitely within your own systems and applications operated on behalf of your own end users.
The following require a separate OEM / redistribution agreement with Acuris:
- Embedding Acuris-sourced coordinates in a software product you ship or license to third-party customers
- Including Acuris data in a dataset, database, or data product distributed to or accessible by third parties
- Sublicensing or reselling Acuris data in any form

What happens when I hit my monthly quota?
API calls above your plan limit return a clear quota-exceeded error. We do not auto-bill overages on direct subscriptions. You can upgrade your plan at any time to restore access, or contact us to discuss burst options.

Do you offer annual billing?
Annual prepayment is available with a 15% discount on direct subscriptions at acuris-geo.com. Contact sales@acuris-geo.com to set this up after creating your account. Annual prepayment is not available for RapidAPI marketplace subscriptions.
How current is the address data?
All major markets are refreshed monthly — North America, the UK (Royal Mail PAF), Germany, France, the Nordics, Benelux, Italy, Spain and the other high-volume countries — so the data your customers hit every day stays current. Smaller and long-tail markets are refreshed on a slower cycle (typically quarterly), which matches how often their source registers actually change. Do these plans include United Kingdom address validation?
No. The standard monthly plans above cover Acuris's own reference database (240+ countries). United Kingdom validation is a separate per-transaction track — it runs against the official Royal Mail PAF (Postcode Address File), where Acuris is a licensed solutions provider, with a Royal Mail-aligned per-call licence.

Can I mix North America and International lookups on one plan?
North America and International plans have separate quota pools. If you need both, you take one of each. Contact us for a combined Scale arrangement if that is more practical for your workload.

Yes — the Free tier: a verified account, no credit card, with a recurring daily allowance for address validation, geocoding and reverse geocoding, and no expiry date. UK (Royal Mail PAF) lookups are not part of this allowance — they run on the separate 40/UTC-day UK cap described in the UK PAF section.
